Competition Rules

1st/2nd GRADE
Time limit is 2 minutes, 30 seconds
Build only to shoulders and below
Both feet in contact at all time when in stunt
Thigh stands are acceptable
Shoulder sits are acceptable
No liberties or scorpions
No basket tosses
No inversions
Tumbling: no back tucks, front tucks, aerials, Arabians, or full twist
3rd/4th GRADE
Time limit is 2 minutes, 30 seconds
Full extensions are allowed
One foot in contact at all time when in stunt
Thigh stands are acceptable
Shoulder sits are acceptable
No extended liberties. (Shoulder high liberties ONLY)
No scorpians
No basket tosses
Inversions only to and from the ground
Tumbling: no aerials, Arabians or full twist
5th/6th GRADE
Time limit is 2 minutes, 30 seconds
Full extensions are allowed
One foot in contact at all time when in stunt
Thigh stands are acceptable
Shoulder sits are acceptable
Full liberties must have both front and back spot
No scorpions over shoulder level
No basket tosses
Inversions only to and from the ground
Tumbling: no Arabians or full twist
