6. top 8 teams make the playoffs:
top 4 are in the "gold playoffs, bottom 4 in the silver playoffs.
gold #1 vs #4, #2 vs #3 - silver #5 vs #8, #6 vs #7.
the #1 seed and the #5 seed will host.

8. referee fees $40 per game, $45 in the playoffs
